Position Summary

The HR Manager reports to the CHRO and is responsible for leading and directing the routine functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing, administering pay and benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices. The HR manager also will oversee training and talent retainment as well as knowledge capturing and management. Reveal is a high growth company and the HR manager will be designing and deploying processes and procedures with the CHRO to accommodate the rapid growth needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Partner with departments to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Champion the on-boarding process, providing clarity and guidance for all employees.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and develop salary structures; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Experience implementing HRIS systems required.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP highly desired.
