Position Summary

The Director of Marketing is responsible for the marketing and communication strategy, as well as overall branding and image. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading digital marketing for a high-growth, SaaS business. This role is tasked with building and promoting awareness of our global brand and growing marketing qualified leads to ensure the sales organization is supplied with a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the digital marketing strategy to build brand awareness and drive new business opportunities through a comprehensive strategy across all digital channels
  • Responsible for social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Set and administer an annual marketing budget; providing ROI estimates and ongoing reporting to validate marketing investments and reallocate spend as required
  • Partner with the SVP of Brand Awareness on a comprehensive global strategy to gain exposure and identify the company as the premier AI-powered eDiscovery platform
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of Reveal’s participation in industry conferences and events
  • Plan and manage the production of external content including, but not limited to, white papers, blogs, articles, videos, business cases, marketing slicks, and press releases
  • Define, implement and optimize the strategy and spend on digital advertisements
  • Partner with the sales operations team to ensure the best practices of HubSpot are in place
  • Lead PR-related activities to gain earned media coverage for Reveal and promote key events
  • Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences, and thought leadership contributions
  • Strategize and implement initiatives to improve search engine optimization (SEO) and drive new business opportunities to the website
  • Create videos to educate customers on new features and releases
  • Provide executive leadership with reporting and analysis on results, projections, and ROI of all digital marketing and lead generation activities
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement growth initiatives to increase the sales pipeline, build the prospect database and achieve revenue goals
  • Promote brand awareness and distribute news on key milestones, such as product releases, acquisitions, and customer wins, across the eDiscovery market
Special Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations and negotiations
  • High degree of digital and technology skills in a marketing environment; must understand buyer lifecycles and have the ability to analyze data to create digital marketing strategies
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Canva, Zoom, and Hubspot
  • Practical working knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Social Media and Advertising Platforms
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify and solve problems quickly, decisively, and independently
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional mannerisms and appearance
  • Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem and best practices
Education & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business; MBA Preferred

  • Minimum: 5-7 years of digital marketing experience. Preferred: 8-10 years of experience at a SaaS business in a marketing leadership role with a track record of directly impacting sales growth through digital marketing initiatives
