Position Summary

Reveal is a cutting-edge AI and big data company located in downtown Chicago. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Team member to join our fast-growing business. The position requires both technical background and client service skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Working with our clients to solve their technical problems
  • Helping with configuration and training Reveal AI/Processing/Review software
  • Developing client service-related SQL scripts
  • Developing client service-related applications
  • Create installation packages
  • Helping maintain our cloud-based service
  • Helping maintain software documentation

Ideally, you would have some background in programming, enthusiastic about new knowledge, and want to grow with an exciting technology company.

Special Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
  • College degree in Computer Science or Information Systems related area
  • Familiar with client-server architecture, modern programming language, and SQL scripting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented, passionate about helping clients solve their problems
  • 2~3 years’ working experience
  • eDiscovery experience a big plus
  • Familiar with Azure/AWS a plus
