Reveal is seeking a bright, multitasking, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support the executive team in a growing and fast-paced tech company. The Administrative Assistant works as a partner to the executive team in the Chicago office and performs an array of administrative functions critical to running an organization efficiently and is a pivotal part to the organization’s success.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet visitors at the front desk and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
Screen and redirect incoming phone calls and take messages
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
Deposit customer checks to bank using remote app
Receive client data and upload to network from jump drives
Provide general administrative support to the executive management team located in the Chicago office, including scheduling meetings, managing email, coordinating travel and creating spreadsheets and presentations
Assist with general office organization initiatives
Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
Special Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
High level of professionalism and positive attitude is required
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to act with tact and discretion when handling confidential information
Notary is a strong plus
Education & Experience
3+ years’ of administrative and clerical experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
